Exam Order - CAS Exam S

Hi all. I have completed Exam 1 & 2 and am on to the Online Modules right now ... :sleep2:

My position at work is now requiring me to contribute to modelling.

Is it possible to do (CAS) exam S next? It would be directly relevant to my current position.

Thank you!

doing the ocs after 1 and 2 is even weirder than taking s third

Doing S next should be fine. Exam 1 is the only one that's critical to pass before S, iirc.

My company recommends taking them early to ELs, good way to familiarize people with basic insurance concepts and coverages.

Exactly therealsylvos, my manager wanted me to get a better understanding of the wider insurance industry. I work for a company that provides data and modeling services to a wide variety of insurance companies so it makes sense to understand the wider industry.

Thanks for the input
