200-300 people sat for them, don't have the effective test takers on hand... sitting over sitting looks stable enough, but the pass rate has been on a decline which is concerning for people taking...

I can't speak for other exams, but there is a lack of consistency here.

I think for one thing it may give a sense of the stability of the pass mark for different sittings.

Can you think of any reason NOT to publish it?
