I scored a 70 without Dave's corrections and a 71 with Dave's corrections. I got a 6. Hope this helps narrow it down.

agreed. I got this one wrong too, but after looking at the regs, it says you dont need to include service while the employee is not a participant.

EDIT: Is there any reason to believe that the annuity factor is not a a65(12)? I just read through the exam conditions and i don't see anything that states that any provided annuity factors...

1. lump sum using lump 4% and 417(e) assumptions at age 65 times 75%
2. PLUS Monthly...
