I've only ever had a high deductible plan. It always seems cheaper to me plus I use my hsa as a tax favorable investment vehicle. I don't have many medical expenses though.

Even though you are a career changer/have work experience, for entry-level jobs people will be looking for your GPA. Some systems/HR may auto decline if you leave off GPA.

I'm not too familiar with contract positions, but generally I would never let a recruiter submit my resume without giving me the company name.
