I'm guessing that Question 15 refers to the exam and not the study note, but that's unclear.

Question 17 needs an N/A response. 18 and 19 need "No opinion" or "Don't know".

For NCCI retro rating, the only way we can obtain a State Hazard Group Differential is for AK on the second-to-last page, right? I'm not missing something? If it's not AK then it will be provided?

It is, but I was hoping we could count on using the manual to find the formula. Perhaps it's unlikely, but I think we could be expected to recall that formula from memory on the actual exam.

Finally revisited Verrall. Wasn't as bad as it seemed. Feeling bad, definitely shaky on several papers, but should be able to BS partial credit on almost anything.
