Yes, the picks r official. The post right before yours appears to me to be trons confirmation and I posted yesterday morning I'd take Bellinger if he took Acuna.

When I saw this last night:

P.S. If you'd like to play some old school video games, follow this link http://www.actuarialoutpost.com/server-downtime

I was excited since I did want to play some old school video games and the link didn't do anything. At least the link not working wasn't as bad as my second round pick not working for 6-8 weeks.

The first person who complains about the draft being slowed down waiting for someone when ya'll couldn't wait until the official start time may be docked waiver priority. Or next time I'll just post Drafty at the draft start time.

We have two new guys to the league, and a lot of people who aren't checking in every thirty seconds, which is why we set start times. We couldn't hold off on trades until the trade deadline and we're doing the same thing for the draft. Let's have a little respect for the times/dates I'm throwing out there. They're not arbitrary, they're to keep things running smoothly.

Or someone else can take over as commissioner.

Now let's have some fun drafting!

What hours should I be tuning in (or proxying if I can't)? Do we draft in the evenings?

Checking in during normal business hours is fine, 9am-5pm. Some of us are in different time zones so picks will also come in during the evening and on weekends.

Everyone has smart phones these days, so it's not hard to follow along. Just keep track of when your picks are approaching. If you're going out to the club or on a weekend-long bender with your phone off, just find someone to make your picks on your behalf.

I suggest subscribing to the draft thread, and turning e-mail notifications on.
