Unhappy Expensive flights!, any idea about how to get a cheap flight to London?

Hey!, the thing is... I need to be in London UK by october the 5th and I was checking flights last night and they're really really expensive (specially British Airways!), any idea of where could I find a non expensive flight to London?

Priceline negotiator? I got a cheaper flight and hotel there than other places I was looking. I don't know how cheap you're thinking though.

Have you looked into breaking it up between 2 airlines? I see you're in Mexico City. Maybe one airline from there to Chicago or JFK, another from there to London? One caveat on this is that you'd have to schedule massive layovers. If you fly Airline A into Chicago and they get you there too late to catch Airline B to London, neither airline will be able to do anything for you. You might also have to do it with carry-on to avoid having to re-check bags at your connection.

Try farecompare.com for Canada, or just go to Airtransat.ca - They say you can get there from Toronto for $199.00 + $160.25 Tx

oh, Mexico city. I just saw the CIA symbol. Well fly to Toronto from Mexico on West Jet then fly Air Transat.

i see $800-$900 for flights from Mexico City to Chicago-O'Hare to London-Heathrow

that doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
