Treated the equivalent of a 3hr exam for study hours and corresponding raise.

How do you guys feel about the hours and raise? My company is similar, and a lot of students are complaining about it.

Yeah, I think the 1k is definitely painful. Especially when compared to the raises for P and FM (which are higher).

That said, I think that our program also has a higher increase for SRM than warranted. So, maybe it's a wash?

Nevertheless, I think PA is much harder than our program estimates

Study hours similar to LTAM/STAM, 0 raise/bonus

Raises from P->ASA are interpolated linearly here (with slightly larger amounts for LTAM/STAM), so PA and SRM effectively just reduced the raises for other exams.
