take a shower?

Or use a washcloth, and then wash the washcloth in the sink?

Or use your old Sears catalog? (Crinkling up the paper first makes it softer. Do it a couple of times to bend most of the fibers.)

As a cloth diapering mom, I promise you it’s really not that gross to use a washcloth, rinse it after use (we have a sprayer attached to our toilet but a utility sink would also work fine) and wash in the washing machine on the sanitize cycle.

I'm anxious about the uncertainty, my potential to spread it to someone without knowing I have it, elderly family members, and the massive economic depression we are likely to go into.

A huge amount of people who work in the restaurant and service industry have been laid off already, and many of those businesses won't be coming back.

While we are fortunate to have more job stability in the short term, a lot of uncertainty ahead for employees in all sectors.

People can't change their votes. I imagine a new poll would show a higher anxiety level.

They asked me to come into the office this morning, to which I reluctantly agreed. Thankfully I only have to be here for a little while and only have to meet with one person. I disinfected my entire workspace when I got here.
I can't imagine they'll keep the office open much longer...

I feel less anxious today just because I know I've taken the right steps to avoid contracting/spreading the virus. Plus my fiancee is home from the hospital and is recovering very very well.

I was very anxious as I had been traveling for a family emergency. Now that I'm back home I'd say I'm moderately anxious.
