"Pasta made of vegetable flour" is different than spaghetti noodles, which are made of wheat.

Spiralized zucchini looks like spaghetti noodles when you put red sauce on it, but that doesn't make it not a vegetable.

Vegetable flour is literally vegetables that have been dried out and made into a powder. Just because it has the shape of pasta doesn't mean it IS the pasta.

I eat cauliflower rice in place of regular rice. I would consider that a vegetable.

I could go for some spaghetti noodles with alfredo sauce, chicken bird, and broccoli vegetable.
