Something like this:

January high 1C 33F - slippery sleet
February high 3C 37F - slippery sleet
March high 6C 43F - light rain/wind
April high 10C 50F - springtime rain
May high 16C 61F -overcast/heavy rain
June high 28C 82F - muggy hazy sunshine
July high 34C 93F - lots of humidity
August high 33C 91F - most humid month wflies/bugs
September high 29C 84F - muggy extratropical storms
October high 16C 61F - Lots of wind, cold snaps
November high 6.5C 44F - blustery/sun and clouds
December high 3C 37F - slippery sleet

Best months being June/early October

I don't like it at all, but at least I'd have the peace of mind that it will be much warmer in 10 years or so.
