Vegas seems reasonable due to the plethora of empty hotels.
Also, I think there is still a second rink at The Orleans?

So, where would the Finals be?

Unlikely to be any games in Canada as we probably won’t relax 14 day quarantine requirements for foreign travellers. All the games should just be played in the US as a practical matter. No home town advantage in an empty arena anyway.
