Are the Excel files that come with the paper still part of the syllabus?

No listing on the fall syllabus but if you click on the link to the paper the files are still there

Yes, these should still be part of the syllabus (and we cover them in detail in our videos).

The current syllabus removed the note that mentions the zip file being fully on the syllabus, but it still says Ch. 4, Ch.5 and Appendices, and these spreadsheets are labelled as Appendix A, B and C, so I would definitely assume these are still fair game to be tested and are part of the syllabus.
