BWS allows opener to start with 1C with 4-4 in the minors. How are you going to continue the auction if he raises diamonds?

Spoiler:

MASTER SOLVERS CLUB-August
A) Pass
B) 3D- if I knew how to handle a 2H call I might try that3
C) 2C
D) 3NT- too many cases of early ruff
E) 2NT- very eccentric, I prefer 1S but am tired of 40s!3D equally as weird unless 1D always 5.
F) 1S- in the old days this would have been correct
G) DBL.
H) HK- too dumb not to do it

A: 3S. Pass close second
B: Yuck. 2D, yes huge underbid, but I don't think game is likely. Couldn't RHO have bid 2H so I could make a responsive double?
C: 1D. Don't expect it to score well, but what I would bid at the table.
D. 4S. Seems obvious, perhaps I am missing something.
E. 3C. I already used by one "bid a 3 card suit" call this month, so I won't bid 1S.
F. 1NT. Continuing the underbidding.
G. 3C.
H. Jack of clubs. Putting a lot of trust in that footnote.
