My aunt had an aneurysm. Was more like someone flipped a switch that turned off her hearing and vision, then she suffered for several days in the hospital scared out of her mind until a stroke put her out of her misery.

I almost posted the same. But it also sucks, being quite sudden, almost totally unpredictable, and often affects younger people. If you were near death anyway, maybe not so bad.

I've heard being vaporised by a nuclear weapon would be best. You'll be dead before you even sense anything is happening.
