ugh i didn't pass second time taking it, i'm so bummed. Words of encouragement appreciated lol. I was able to pass EA-1 and EA-2F on my first try. This one, even though i find the material easier than 2F, has been a struggle.

Congrats on the passing candidates, though!!

Not sure if you tried the Rick G online seminar, but that was key for me.

I had such a bad experience with this exam when it was the EA-2B version. Took a 12 year hiatus from it after failing it way too many times in a row. Somehow as EA-2L it seemed much easier from the moment I started studying for it. I'm not sure if I got smarter (unlikely), or it was an easier exam, or if having the Rick G seminar online with more material to go at my own pace, rather than in person in a crammed weekend session is what made it so much easier for me now.

Glad to hear it was a success for you - and you are TOO kind!

I got a 7. Under the current answer key my score is a 75, but with Dave Farber's two suggested corrections my score would be 79. I guess we need to wait for a revised answer key (assuming there is one) before this is worth analyzing any further.

I'm glad that your seminar was so helpful. This exam has been haunting me for way too long. Last year I got motivated to finish ASA after a long hiatus from that and somehow that motivated me to attempt EA one more time. I finally finished both with this.

The seminar was perfect for someone who likely has undiagnosed ADD. It was almost enjoyable studying for it this time instead of the usual torture. I liked having the option to pause when I was spacing out, or put it on double speed when I got it. Really helpful how you did so many years of history of exam questions live where I'd get bored doing it on my own, and likely would have just not done it otherwise and therefore not passed. Towards the end of each set of exam questions I would grasp most of the concepts pretty well.

I got a 6. I have nothing to add to these statistics since I didn't save my answers. PAK's always indicated bad news for me, so I stopped participating in them. Now I wish I did save my answers because I'm pretty curious of the pass score. Also might have saved them had I known that the exam was going to be released on 5/30 so far in advance of the results.
