Default Question on APC

I'm Canadian and pursuing both ASA and ACIA at the same time. To register to the APC, you need:

Candidates are eligible to register for the APC if they have credit for

All of the preliminary exams (Exams P, FM, MFE, MLC, C); and FAP Modules 1 through 5 including the FAP Interim Assessment OR
FAP Modules 1 through 8 including the FAP Interim Assessment, and all but one of the Preliminary Exams

Right now, I am missing 1 exam or the Final Assessment to register, but to get my ACIA, I need to participate to the PW(Professionalism Workshop) which SOA then credit for APC, The AW doesn't require anything to participate, and I would love to get in the next meeting to keep things moving and maybe get my ASA before 2018.

My real question is, will SOA credit my PW even if I'm not eligible for their course?
