13% merit + promotion (voted 42). Would have been ~3% if no promotion.

29% bonus, not including long term incentive bonus from company selling.

How does one manage a 13% merit increase and 29% bonus?

My company has done all they can to get rid of raises all together :/

Poll needs a "I'm getting the equivalent of a participation trophy" choice.

3.5% < x <= 4%, 35% bonus, both better than expected, but apparently because I'm an S-tier actuary.

Every year, I go from "I'm going to get fired because of what a worthless POS I am" to "Huh, I guess I'm doing pretty good..." over the course of like 2 hours.
