I'd say less sauce than most other styles. Crust on the thinner side. Usually comes with more Greek type toppings like feta, olives, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes,... although you can get it with the traditional toppings too.

I'm guessing Jolly went to either Chris' Pizza or Athens Pizza, but there are certainly others of that style here.
