My pay's gone up slightly -- the company added a monthly $75 telecommuting stipend for non-execs.

Interesting. Didn't most companies pay the bonus before this whole pandemic thing got serious?

I'm not in traditional actuarial but our firm gave everyone a stipend for WFH expenses as well as increased charitable donation matching. No word on bonuses yet.

No option in the poll for this: no announced change in compensation; no change in bonus program; but the rules of the bonus program + mix of business and expectations of what claims might arise give me an idea of what the next bonus pool might look like.

My company gave everybody a $500 COVID-19 bonus payment back in March. Bonuses won't be decided until about November so too early to say if they'll be effected.
