In task 1, a table is provided , and includes major catogry, risk, definiation, likelihood, and severity. Should we add risk subcategory or no need?

You need to give a "yes we can use the data" or "no we cannot use the data" answer and then you need to explain why. You do not need to find the company value. If you look at the date the data was prepared. It says 2013. And everything in the sheet is from up to year 2012. So it is historical data.

1-Is there any specific format to follow for the email in task 3?
2-for marketing strategy, is it only proposed for facing the given risk ( food poison) or face Any risk?

1. Yes, make it look like an email. To: From: Date: Subject:
Also keep in mind that its going to your boss and keep in mind how your boss wants to use it.

2. I believe the change in marketing strategy is less about which risk the company is facing, and more about how effective the marketing strategy is at protecting the company value in the event of any risk.
So do you think the marketing strategy did a good job protecting the company from a loss of company value?

Yes, its a memo, so format the top to look like a professional memo (to: date: subject). Its going to your boss, so use some professionalism.

You were given data which had not been validated, so make sure you did a thorough review of the workbook and make sure to discuss how it was good and how it was bad.
