I am also working on this EOM today and it is utterly terrible.
I have been using this thread as my northstar to guide me through the squalls on this sea of reserves and lead me to the wondrous shores of associateship. I spent a few minutes thinking up a nautically-themed metaphor once the idea popped in to my mind, so needless to say, progress has been slow. To answer Muhammad Ali's question, as far as I can tell we don't need to fill in those gray shaded cells, but it would be good if someone else could confirm that as well. |

Thanks for replying Brad.
One more follow up Q. I'm a little confused as to what task 1 requires. Is it a summary email and then another summary of the email?? Cause what I have so far is a monster email explaining every aspect of the model now I'm confused whether I need to write a summary of that email as well. Clearly this one is kicking my ___ |

I thought the initial e-mail was a summary of the updated reserve calculations with mention of methodology and any adjustments you made. I thought the more thorough explanation of the model was meant to be included in the recommendations for updating the documentation for the model. If you need a summary of your summary for the first part, I think you may have written a bit too much.
