Default Why does transcript comes out 3 days after results?

I have always wondered why does transcript comes out 3 days after Candidate ID? What purpose does that serve? Who decides that the candidate name / candidate ID and transcript not be released at the same time and why?

I am not an expert by any means, but I wonder if the SOA website/database needs to be updated, and they use the weekend to update it.

I think it is all as a service to the students. They release the number on Friday. Students can claim they lost their candidate number so they don't have to tell people they failed. Hopefully come Monday people forget to ask so it can just be kept quiet to only those that need to know. For those that remember to ask Monday will probably forget by the time names come out. We shall praise our SOA overlords.

Because it takes a bit of time to do it, and at that point no one should care, because the numbers are up. Plus it gives you some time to decide who to tell or not, which may be important in some circumstances.
