Ok. I need to get off this plateau and maybe accountability will help. I'm down ~35-40 pounds since Jan 2018. I'm up about 5-7 since before my triathlon at the beginning of the month but have held steady for the past few weeks. Although, I do think I've added muscle weight and toned up because people have commented that I look like I've lost more weight. I've got 15-20 pounds to go!

9/4/2019 - 139.0 <-- I don't believe that's true, but it's what the scale said this morning.

09/04/2019: 150.6 Trend weight is flat since last week, which is a little discouraging but there is a lot of noise in the data from the previous week due to my being on vacation (a week of missed dates followed by a spike). I'm hopeful that my continuing to TORTURE myself by my very aggressive diet of
1. Not putting sugar in my coffee
2. Skipping my afternoon candy bar habit
3. Not drinking every night (allowing myself one drink 1-2 times/week).
will help my weight start to trend downward.
