Default FSA exam - writing candidate # on top of each page

in your experience, did proctors allow you to do this before the 15-min read-through, or did you have to wait and do this during actual exam writing time?

i think the instructions tell proctors "no writing allowed until after read-through", but i've heard of people being allowed to write down candidate #s before read-through, so i'm just curious.
It may be the coldest day of
the year, what does he think of
that? I mean, what do I? And if I do,
perhaps I am myself again.

You cannot write on exam papers before or during the read through time.
Candidate number is written on papers during the exam writing time.
You also cannot write on exam papers after exam writing time is over.
