Thank you for your comments!

Well, it looks like:

-Some of you want calls, no email.
-Some of you want emails, no calls.
-Some of you want short to-the-point info only.
-Some of you want lots of info.

I think I'm getting this. There is no one "profile" of a professional actuary, and all of you are to be respected as being unique and different.

Keep in mind obviously, an email is less likely to annoy, even if it is also less likely to result in a lead.
