Default EOM4 Task 1 brainstorm list

In Task 1 we are asked to “brainstorm people who should be involved in the risk identification process”. Maybe I am overthinking, but which one of the following is what we actually need to do?

1)simply provide a name list of suggested participant

or

2)provide a name list, AND prepare a “brainstormable” outline about the ERM concept

Thanks!

I'm only working off my memory here, but I think what I did was come up with a list of risks and then thought of people that should be consulted for those risks, as well as people who should be involved in company decisions as a whole. So like, if you're considering buying a house, you'll want to consult an inspector to control for structural damage risks. But you'll also want to ask your significant other, because they should have a say in where you live. The inspector may come up with risks you never even thought about (what if the house is in a flood plane?) and your SO may come up with others (do you really want to be 3 hours from the nearest hospital when she's expecting quadruplets?).
