I didn't actually get through the clearance process, because I went with a different job before they gave me a yay or nay.

I'm just mad they deleted my =PICKAXE() response rather than your PowerPivot response as I could literally write any data mining algorithm in VBA and name it PICKAXE while PowerPivot has its limitations. Mods hating on my creativity.
