Has anyone worked on adopting this?

Seems like it'll be a huge job to do countrywide.

Is ISO discontinuing the current plan? I thought I saw that the current plan would be phased out in 2021. Is that right?

I tried to find something about it, but I couldn't. The last communication I was able to find was from 2017, where they mentioned the 2021 target.
