Default 2020 Merit Raise

Emphasis on MERIT/COL. No promotions, no exams, no job changes. Just what you were given based on your annual performance review. Feel free to share your bonus % as well.

Bonuses are finalized in the next week or two, merit increases come out in April. Remind me then.

Thanks for making me feel better! I should find out my numbers in a little under a month, actually get the bonus in a little over a month...

If mentioning bonus, pls mention actual bonus divided by target and industry. I'm super curious how reinsurance bonuses are this year, particularly ones who're heavy on casualty.

Guess I'll be sitting out this year. I'll find out the salary bump and bonus in about 2-3 weeks and will experience it in about 6 weeks.

Without this adjustment I'm sure the increase would be about 2%. But I'm voting 42 this time around. Bonus will probably be in the 10%-15% range (career ACAS, P&C Ins Co)

performance reviews/merit raises are in time with your employment anniversary date, which for me is June.

Bonuses won't be finalized until AM Best releases industry results for 2019 -- we have a results vs. industry component in our bonus formula. It's going to be somewhere between 7 and 14%. (FCAS, P&C ins. co)

TBD, but I hear it will be > 0% which will be nice because the last two raises came from switching employers.
