Does anyone have ideas about these materials in the syllabus? (who is the author, what is the publishing journal/company, etc)

GHC-105-17: Pricing Considerations for Drugs Covered under Pharmacy Benefit programs
GHC-106-16: Health Plan Payroll Contribution Strategies and Development for Employers

I tried, googling Group Disability Insurance (Sections 4 and 7) gives no relevant results, similarly for Health Plan Payroll Contribution Strategies and Development for Employers. Googling Pricing Considerations for Drugs Covered under Pharmacy Benefit programs only gives results of summary in preparation website. Regarding Medicaid 101 MACPAC, I am not sure whether the link to other page in https://www.macpac.gov/medicaid-101 will also be included in the syllabus. That's why I am asking.

Any ideas on how to get GHC-101-13, GHC-105-17, GHC-106-16 notes without buying the whole SoA study notes?

Sorry, I don't have any ideas there. The thing is that most companies purchase or reimburse students for these materials, so most people just buy them from the SOA site.

And in case anyone else is wondering, I'd expect the SOA study notes for Fall 2017/Spring 2018 to be available to purchase on SOA.org in the next week or so.
