Default Accidentally Saved Name in File Name

I completely forgot that I wasn't supposed to have my name anywhere in the submission. As a force of habit my name is in my file name for my word document that I submitted, is this an automatic failure? Does anyone know? Has anyone done something similar and passed? Really beating myself up over this because I really don't want to have to redo this module because of such a careless mistake.

i have absolutely no idea, but i'm guessing it won't be an automatic failure. i've never done that though. they might not even notice the name of the file or even see it.

E-mail/call the SOA. They can be helpful in situations like this. A colleague of mine accidentally submitted a blank EOM. (As in genuinely an accident, because he had the completed exercise on his computer, he just forgot he had changed his file name)

It triggered the plagiarism/cheating filter, and because he reached out to them immediately with the completed EOM. They accepted it as an honest mistake, and gave him the MMR.

If you reach out to them, they may be able to change the file name before it reaches a grader. Absolute worst thing that can happen is that they tell you there's nothing they can do.

For anyone curious, I ended up taking aggietony's advice and reached out to the SOA. They said it isn't an automatic DNMMR and to just try to not do it again.
