At some point over the last 3 months, I've had a good understanding of most of the readings. At any given moment, I have a good understanding of at most 50% of the readings. Perhaps 5-hour exams aren't the most sensible method of testing an individuals knowledge/ability to comprehend the subject matter?

That's all I have for a rant right now.

So glad this trash of an exam is over.

Without getting into specifics (best to wait a bit longer for that) do you mean you are glad this exam sitting is done, or that QFI Advanced is changing significantly?

I'm speaking of FSA exams in general. The whole format is colossally stupid.

Sometimes I prefer they'd just ask what's the first word on textbook page 192. At least the question is clear I can understand.

Yeah, it was fine. Needed a lot more time but I mostly knew what I was doing on each question. Got stumped on some of the calculations so I just cut my losses because I didn't have the time to burn on them. Overall, I feel positive but you never know do you?

I found this exam much easier than the previous qfi adv exams but like always I lacked a bit of time both in the morning and afternoon to finish everything. No surprises really

Agree that the exam was fair for the most part. It is frustrating when questions focus on some random manipulation or "trick". You can know the concept very well, but if you can't come up with that trick on the fly on exam day your out of several points.

At least we can all agree that there isn't enough time to get through everything...
