I can fail 2018, then pass it in 2019. Then I can go to Hawaii.

As long as you pay the registration fee, it doesn't matter if you pass next sitting.

If you do pass, you might be able to defer your recognition until Hawaii 2019.

I am planning on starting to study (or at least get organized) this weekend. I've printed everything that's available on the CAS website. Is there anything else not freely available online? I don't see a Study Kit for sale for this exam.
