Default old links to actuary.ca

I've been searching for a thread and found a reference to that thread in a 2nd thread. But the 2nd thread uses the actuary.ca link, which is dead.

I tried copying the thread number and using it in an actuarialoutpost.com link, but that took me to a completely different thread.

Suggestions?

Just My Opinion (Although this statement is my opinion, and I am an actuary, it's still not a statement of actuarial opinion, and you really shouldn't rely on it.)

No, I'm looking for the thread that Will Durant started regarding the state of educating math teachers. The thread I linked to in the OP is a 2nd thread WD a year later created to talk about the original thread, and he links to it in his OP.
